CCS · SERVICES FOR YOUR BUSINESS
Cybersecurity & network protection
Layered protection that helps reduce business risk.
How we can help
- Endpoint protection and threat detection for supported business devices.
- Firewall planning, configuration, and management.
- Security updates and practical guidance for your environment.
- Monitoring and response planning to help address issues. No security solution eliminates every threat.
Protection takes more than installing antivirus.
A business needs to consider its computers, servers, network perimeter, updates, and recovery options together. CCS helps put those pieces into a practical security approach, without making your staff manage every tool themselves.
A closer look at the service
- Endpoint protection
- Help protect supported workstations and servers against malware and suspicious behavior, with the response capabilities available in your selected service.
- Firewall support
- Plan and maintain business firewall configurations, including SonicWall environments, around your connectivity and access needs.
- Reduce avoidable exposure
- Keep supported software updated and review security-related issues as part of the agreed service scope.
- A recovery perspective
- Coordinate security with your backup planning. Protecting a device and recovering business data are related responsibilities, but they are not the same service.
How we work with you
We review your existing protection and discuss the systems and business risks you want to address. The plan defines responsibilities between CCS and your staff, the tools and services included, and how concerns are escalated. Security reduces risk; it cannot guarantee that an incident will never occur.
Antivirus and device isolation, in everyday terms
If a computer shows signs of a security threat, you want to keep that problem from spreading. CCS configures endpoint protection to isolate a device when a detected threat triggers the configured response policy.
In practical terms, the affected computer is cut off from normal network communication to help prevent it from infecting other devices. The supported management connection remains available so CCS can access the isolated device remotely, investigate, and work on remediation.
It is similar to closing a door around the problem while keeping a controlled way for the technician to reach it. Isolation may interrupt the employee’s normal network access. The exact response depends on the detected threat, the supported device, and its configuration; no protection detects or stops every attack.
We’ll confirm the options and service scope that fit your business.
