COMPUTER CONSULTING SERVICE · BUSINESS IT SINCE 1993
A clear path to your next IT partner.
Changing IT providers should start with a conversation and a coordinated plan. Here is how we approach getting started with CCS.
Talk about your business.
Tell us about your locations, people, applications and current concerns. Already have IT staff? We discuss where extra support would help.
Review the environment.
With your authorization, we review the systems in scope, existing support arrangements, backup needs and access requirements. We identify dependencies before proposing changes.
Agree on coverage and a transition plan.
We explain responsibilities, costs, exclusions and any required backup agreements. Together we coordinate access transfer and vendor handoffs, and schedule changes around business needs. Timing depends on your environment.
Put support in place.
We coordinate the agreed monitoring, protection and backup setup, confirm support contacts and review the handoff. Recovery checks and ongoing maintenance are planned around your selected services.
You do not have to sort it all out first.
A rough device count, your main business applications and your biggest concern are enough to begin. Do not send passwords or sensitive customer records through the contact form.
Keep existing support and backup arrangements in place until the transition responsibilities and timing are agreed.
